Down to the last six! Will this be the week we say goodbye to Ed Balls?
Who is watching?
SPOILER ALERT - the result of the dance off is usually posted on this thread so if you don't want to know, best not to read on beyond the discussion during the time the show airs live.
What?????? No way, Danny was seriously the best there! I didn't even rate Louise's that much. I am so not impressed with that. I might be biased but he did look the best to me by a long way.
Let me tell you know: the BBC want Louise to win. Like the Bake Off, they back the pretty woman cos she will get the most media coverage and probably a future career on BBCTV
The public want non dancers making a real journey. Don't bank on Balls v Rinder in the dance off. My prediction is Claudia versus vain professional Danny with Claudia going home
It was good. There has been some fantastic choreography this year generally. I think getting a lot of new dancers in has really improved the quality of the choreography and themes. The quality of some of the dancers helps too as they can do more with them.
Looking forward to musicals week next week. I still love the one Kevin and Frankie Bridge did to Defying Gravity! Has always stuck out for me that one.
I do like Brendan though he doesn't seem to have as fresh and innovative choreography as some of the others who have come in. Same with Anton really though he doesn't tend to get the partners to show off too much.
I'm not so bothered about Anton though and am not keen for him to get Len's job either. I don't dislike him at all though.
Brendan is one I'd love to watch dance as himself (if that makes sense!), he has had a tour going on though not sure if recently.
AJ has really impressed me with his choreography given how junior he is to the rest of the dancers and has far less experience I imagine.
I would love to go and see Burn the Floor, a few of them having on tour with that and it does look like something special! Weird though as I'd never heard of it before I looked some of the dancers up but it is only on in London when over here. Kevin and Karen were in it (he proposed to her at a show if I remember right), Gorka too I think and maybe others.
Ed has to stay... sorry but he should. They're are some talented dancers on for sure... and some great legs ;-) It was whilst visiting my Mum a few weeks ago... and I can't deny found myself a bit hooked.
