While flicking through the channels love island appears,my first experience of this,surely there is something wrong with our mentality in excepting this krapp on our screens,and yes I know that there is plenty of other channels to choose,but surely what kind of people watch this.

Last year there was a doctor on the show
This year there is a pharmacist, someone with a law degree trying to be a solicitor, a Scientist, a dentist and an ex royal navy officer
The rest range from models, to having their own companies, to health and beauty to public service positions.

We haven't got to the girl's great attributes yet but I'm sure they stick out.. Lol

As I and others have pointed out, one person's 'tawdry' is another person's 'appointment to view'.
Tastes, and especially the tastes of generations, change, and each 'older' is baffled and occasionally outraged by the 'younger'.
It's the way the world is, and always has been, but trust me, civilisation as we know it is not going to evaporate over night because a bunch of physically attractive young people flaunt themselves on TV!

Royal Navy officers are senior managers in the Royal Navy, working on board ships and submarines. They work in all types of situations from combat exercises at sea to humanitarian operations. As someone who served in the pathetic attempt at a police force, known as Scotland Yard (located, and operating only in... London?) you would have thought he'd have more respect for an exroyal navy officer .
