Who Should Be Next James Bond?

Grrrr. I forget his name but he recently played Dracula in a recent TV 3 part serial. He is Scandinavian. I commented then to my wife he would be a perfect James Bond. Very swarve and debbonair.

Idris Elba for me. Love Tom Hardy but he's too short and so is Richard Madden. Cumberbatch makes me want to be sick. So yes, Idris definitely.

that would fundamentally change the character in a way that the result would not be Bond (for instance Bond as written is a womaniser - I don't believe the audience is ready for a lesbian Bond).

Ian Fleming was a RNVR Navy Commander in British Naval intelligence during the last World War. Some of his friends reckon he based James Bond on himself so............I'm afraid no females and no one of colour for this particular role.imo
