Almost Australian, I really like watching this very down to earth woman who describes herself as a 'Fat Jewish Lesbian'
Looking forward to seeing episode 2 of this documentary on Friday night BBC2

She is offensive and bombastic with no sensitivity filter. She's the sort of person who frequently tells anyone in hearing distance that she 'believes in plain speaking ' which is a boorish individual's excuse for being rude to strangers.
That approach is fine if the majority of people she meets are like her, but of course they are not, so she leaves a noxious trail of upset and dismay behind her, perversely proud of her rudeness which she flaunts like it's a badge of honour.
Some think she is a 'breath of fresh air', I think she is building a TV career out of being an obnoxious baggage.
It may be a 'persona' but who in their right mind would exhaust themselves pretending to be someone with all the social charm of a football hooligan?
