I am all for challenge as well, but that does not extend to pretending to be something you are not.

I sincerely believe that this dreadful persona is a construct - you don't get to a level of success that Ms Margoleys has achieved in her career by actually being as she portrays herself, who on earth would employ her or work with her?

That makes her a bigger idiot than she pretends to be, and stupid pretending is not a way for a mature adult to carry on.
