When I view your link it doesn't mention streetfighter. The film WAS issued on VHS under that name (probably as a nod to it's Japanese origins) but the cinema release was "Hard Times". End of End of!

I am not disputing it was originally "hard times" but IMDB has it as "The streetfighter" - it was also known as the Streetfighter when it was on video:

That's a different link and "streetfighter" does not appear on the imdb link - in fact if you search "imdb streetfighter" you get a rake of other movies but not "Hard Times".
