Name of this film from the 70's???

Can anyone help? I am trying to find the name of this british film that was from the 70's I think. It was about a single lad that was keen on photography and noticed one day he had filmed an actual murder in a park. He blew pictures uo to reveal the actual murder. I think there was a twist in the end where he actually framed himself???
