yes, we did - just looked https:/
TTT - // It's the whole, "look at me I've got no legs but I'm still walking about" thing - Put some kin long trousers on like I suspect most of them do and we don't even know, that is surely the idea isn't it? //
It may be.
Another question might be - why do the appearences and actions of quiz show contestants cause you so much grief that you continually vent your spleen about them on here?
TTT // I see people with prosthetic limbs and they always want to make sure everybody knows. //
And that's a problem because ... ?
People present themselves in a massive variety of ways, in order to show the world an aspect of themselves that they want the world to see.
That can be anything from a lady dying her hair, wearing make-up, jewellry, carrying a branded handbag, the list is endless.
Men wear suits, certain haircuts, tattoos, rings, piercings, again, the list goes on.
We all do it, to make ourselves feel comfortable and confident.
Sometimes you see someone and for a brief moment, you think they look good, or they look a sight, or they look attractive, or they look ugly, and then you move on, and of course, they are doing the same thing to you at the same time.
Most of us simply accept it as the way life is.
But for some reason, you are unaturally irritated by this simple aspect of human nature.
You get scant, if any support for your approach on here, but you persist in presenting it.
That's your choice, but you are hardly creating a groundswell of support in what looks like your disdain for complete strangers going about their business, and not affecting you in any way, except that way you allow them to.
Something to think about ...

AH: "But for some reason, you are unaturally irritated by this simple aspect of human nature." - so (yep) you accept it's just them wanting to make sure everybody knows? //
I don't 'accept' it, because it's not something I spend a nanosecond thinking about.
I do accept, as I pointed out, that everyone presents a persona to the world that they wish to be identified by, and that's human nature.
But as far as individual aspects of such presentation, it has never crossed my mind that prosthetic limb users are dressing in a way that 'makes a point'.
But if it did cross my mind, it would be there long enough to be dismissed, and then it would be gone forever.
I don't care.
Why would I?
