Can anyone tell me the name of a childrens tv programme in late 90's where children were at some kind of school under the ocean and they wore blue and black wet suits. I know the little boy from round the twist was in it.

Yes it was definately Ocean Odyssey, also known as Ocean Girl apparently. It was about a girl called Neri on an island who called understand the local whale, Charlie and an underwater research unit where people lived. I used to really fancy one of the sons, Jason.
