Play tv uk - anyone heard of them?

Had a cold call from these people today.Anyone heard of them? It looks from their website as tho they are only just starting up but was wondering if people had anything to contribute regarding what they are offering.I wont be joining(yet) as their channel listing has not been revealed and also i feel that they are a year or 3 too early for streaming programmes via broadband as i dont believe speeds are up to it...certainly where i live(upto 8 meg service which rarely gets higher then 3meg).also, we spend a lot of time online gaming and downloading so both of these pastimes would surely effect it.
