What horror film?

When I was young I remember watching the end of a horror film but have never found out what it was. It was in the late 70's (maybe early 80's). It ends with a girl being chased through the wood with a guy with a chainsaw (Texas Chainsaw Massacre!). She goes into a small wooden hut where there's a round table with candles around the edge and an old womens head in the middle. The man gets into the hut but she somehow manages to cut his head off with his own chainsaw. She runs away to her cabin were her boyfriend looks after he and lays her down on the bed next to the window. He goes off then the headless man comes flying through the window. The scene cuts, then you see a graveyard and the film ends.

Sounds like one of the Friday 13th sequels to me - I seem to remember Jason having a shrine set up to his mother, with her head as the centrepiece.

I just had a look on IMDB and from the description it could be Part 2. I watched the trailer but it wasn't conclusive. I'll have to watch them all!
