how do Ben Fogle and his team get back from their extreme dreams adventures? Surely they don't have to trek back the way they came.

I thought that as well on Friday Dudley, when that bloke got trench foot, there was no way he would have walked back.

I bet they get picked up in a helicopter in a clearing somewhere.

I have now received an answer from Ben Fogle's website which states that they do indeed have to trek back the way they came. I suspect they take a few short cuts wherever possible though like coming back down river etc.
