Did Kylie Minogue ever sing any songs from the Australian Police series "The Water Rats" and if so, what are they?

Good morning all!! DH and I have been married for 35 years today...as i say every year, if I had killed him I'd have got less. Anyway here we are still together and life is good.
laters all
morning all, lovely day - so far

ooooh woofy, many, many congrats & well done! You were obviously very young, I think you're about the same as me?...hang on, I'd have been married 36 yrs! Hey ho, shame how things went.

well I watched pt1 of Wuthering H last night & was disappointed...no chemistry between Heathcliffe & Cathy...and everywhere looked far to bright & clean. I like a bit of muck in my classics :o)

Morning All quite warm today but gone a little bit cloudy. I got fed up with Wuthering H. after the first 5 minutes and I usually like classics. Probably didn't give it a fair wack.

Many congratulations Woofy Have a lovely day x

Congratulaions woofy and DH, Mr N and I have clocked up 34yrs - by 'eck!!

Has been so hot haven't been able to sit in this room, I just do the least amount of housework possible then hide in Air-cond bedroom for the rest of the day. How I miss dear old Blightly!! (and the shopping).

Hope all is well with ou all, still have a bother signing-in and and reinstalled firefox but makes no difference!!
Hello possums, nothing much to report but I have to say

congrats woofy and hubby!

BTW I dreamed about cows (white, holy Indian ones) last night and I blame you Woofy (take twoooo cows Tooommy doooooo...) Chaotic dream where one of the cows came in through the window (mine), erm... long story which leads back to my interest in animal spirit guides. What am I on about... oh yes I was gonna say my dreams keep getting better in the sense that they are less fragmentary and I can relate to them when I wake up; I find that a treasure. I'm still waiting to dance with Obama though *snarls at Jude*

Jude that was a very elegant *searches language memory* corner suite. Many of those have a tendency to look a bit tacky but I like yours. I remember I liked your kitchen wallpaper as well on that photo, the white wallpaper with the squares. Makes me wonder if interior designing is one of your interests?

I wish they'd tighten up the elastic or whatever it is they hold this place together with .Talk about slow .
Lovely warm, breezy sunny day here at Shaney Towers .Still no rain.
My garden is looking very brown and droopy .I bet your bottom dollar we'll gets tons of it before long and I'll be moaning it's too wet.
Congrats to you Woofy and I wish you many more happy years together .We clock up 37 this Christmas .37 years of tidy tins and dishwasher logistics ..bless him :)) Hope you are all having a nice day .Toodlepip for now .
Congratulations Woofy. Here's to the next 30+ years.

We clocked up 37 years last New Year!! Gosh I am getting old.

Absolutely lovely day in dried up North Norfolk!!!
well, I am sooo outraged. I tried a couple of the Telegraphs' bank holiday diabolical sudokus and just could not solve them. I eventually put them into sudokusolver.com in despair, and what did it say? "Solved it... but had to guess, and there might be other solutions".

"Guess"? Excuse me, but when is guessing</i?> required in sudokus??

Is there someone in Japan I can report this scandal to? Do they still execute malefactors with samurai swords? (Or of course femalefactors, mustn't be sexist.)

Back to the Times and Guardian for me. Harrrrumph.
well, that went all italic, didn't it.
Thanks jno! On seeing yon link^^ I was half getting ready to do another no Swedes do not pour eggs into their coffee turnout, he he...

I met a rat on the pavement this evening... small one... couldn't have been a hamster? Could it?
Correction: Hampster :)
(I mean before I clicked it.)
Haha..I bought a Sudoko book a couple of years ago to while away those sleepless moments when I can't get comfortable and I'm only up to the end of the easy ones:)
They have ones called Futoshika or something at the back of the book which are a complete mystery to me . Futoshika probably means .."oh sod it ,where's me pencil rubber " ..in Japanese.

Have you tried this solver Jno
http://www.sudokusolver.co.uk/
oh yes, actually, I think that was the one, Shaney. I can manage 'fiendish' or whatever they're called in different books (as long as they can be done without guessing), but nothing harder than that and not much else. Futoshikis are quite nice but kakuros and kangarus and kakophonias and so on are too much.
<squeals of laughter at Sweedie's cartoon>

Morning puzzlers....what's this??!! there are sudoku solvers?! oh, poop...and here I is, feeling very inadequate & there you is....cheating!.... TUT....
It's quite spooky actually, I've been meaning to ask you jno if you could do the really difficult ones. I was doing soooo well with a tough end of medium one t'other night & then it all went wrong, I'd got two 8's in one block...grrrr...so I scribbled on it. I didn't know you did them too shaney...I'll scan a couple of the really hard ones later & test you both...and no cheating.

For now though it's a lovely morning & I must whoosh...'tis with some trepidation I stagger into September, in my life it's often been a really good month or a really bad one....law of averages says I'm due a stupendously brilliant one.....
