Why do people have to keep taking a pop at Molly? She's a 17 year old girl with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus. If being indecisive is her only fault then maybe we could all learn something from her. Never once have I see her be rude to anyone, despite coming under constant suspicion, criticism and even, on occasions, abuse.
She's a kid... geddit?

For the record, if it was me id have been banned months ago as id go mental if someone spoke to me the way some do to her.
Yes her posts can be irritating with her constant "yes, but..." but i still think the only reason alot of folk pick on her is because she's an easy target, a young girl who (usually) doesn't bite back.

I knew she was 16/17 - when was the SB and hydrocephalus mentioned? I find Molly funny, irritating, annoying, sweet, appealing, boring all at the same time. I admire the fact that if people have a pop at her, she either ignores it completely or doesn't respond at all. That must take some doing at times.
Having said that, should we be kinder to her cos she's a kid - or kinder to her because of her physical problems? Most kids I know with disabilities don't want to be mollycoddled or treated any different.
She does come in for an extraordinarily amount of suspicion and leg-pulling at times. But she's hardly been the only one on that score - we've all had that when we were newbies. If it is just suspicion and leg-pulling, then she has to get real - CB is that kind of site.
I agree though, that insults and abuse is just not on - whatever age she is. Insults & abuse are not acceptable for a 17 year old, a 37 year old or a 70 year old. I don't think Molly is bullied, just teased and questioned. She seems to cope with it pretty damn well if you ask me. Good on her.

And you wouldn't get annoyed at constantly being question? Your validity being questioned Salla? I think you would! Especially several months down the line, the same old suspicions being levelled at you time and time again.
As I've said, she's an easy target for some.
I just wish some would think on how'd they feel if it was their 17 year old daughter being spoken to like that.

As the Ed. has pointed out, there has been a tendency for people to lose sight of the basis of the AB - a Q & A site to offer and receive information and opinions.
There has been an increase in personal animosity which helps no-one, and we should all be aware that we have an equal right to hold and express our opinions on here, regardless of age and status.
Let's be nice - it's easier!
