Chrissa1- the venue is kept secret to almost everyone until the last minute- since if word gets out beforehand that the booking is for a gypsy wedding the venues often cancel.
The same happens with wedding receptions

Good point factor. If I had a venue for hire and I knew it was a gypsy wedding I'd just treble or quadruple the fee and hopefully make a killing. If you see what I mean.
