Time for kip, sleep well all. I still feel quite wakeful, amazing as I have been awake since 04.30, didn't get a morning kip as the patio men were due. Same tomorrow, same Friday, if that doesn't sort out the insomnia, I will hit myself with a hammer!
Sad for you havng to do that Woofy ,but it's gone now and a weight removed as you say .Baby steps x

Well they were dropping like flies round Midsomer tonight ! It's so silly but I love it ,especially the dog and Neil Dudgeon even more :)
It's sooo cold here and there was a draught coming down the chimbley .So I sat there like Granny frump with a blanket over my knees in spite have of having the heating up full whack.

I still watch UC Jude but on catch up as have been watching Superscrimpers on 4.Those heaps are dragging on . I hope they soon clear up for you .
They troubled Mr S for years .They can shrink them by injection you know .

Suppose I'll have to brave the chilly bedroom but am armed with hot water bottle , hot drink and good book .Oight all ,sleep toight.Keep warm.
Did you see Sykes on Alan Titchmarsh? He's lovely.
Yes I saw that this afternoon Woofy .He's a dear little dog .Very well trained .
I had to laugh when he kept going up to Neil as he said when they're filming he gets a sausage and he didn't have one handy today .
Oooh it's tooooo cold to move .But move I must .Nite xx
Good morning its too cold here and I am up early. The boys were exhausted this morning by all the visitors and excitement yesterday so we stayed in this morning, they have had breakfast and a wee and are sound asleep again.

Morning all...oooh, it's cowd round these 'ere parts, an ice pick on the birdbaths job again. Sis had snow this morning and the wind's coming from that direction. :o(
I tried to get on here yesterday teatime but kept losing connection...I think me wires were frozz.

Apparently my sick aunt has improved...what a trooper. It'll be her roving eye keeping her here :o)

I'm still a bit bemused by Midsomer, haha.. (I feel a q coming on if no one's beaten me to it)...I love Sykes, he's a sweetie. Now I know what you're all doin in the afternoons...watching Titchy on the box. He has some good guests doesn't he, the Overtones were on the other day, I do like 'em. :o)

My milkman was telling me what a brilliant job B&Q did recently on his kichen Jude. He's a diy-er himself so he was going to be a tough customer. I'll put in a cosmic order for a new bathroom for you...

...and for you Neti a new whatever-it-is computer, with all that going on I think you need it. It's bright news for your nephew, it can't be a pleasant op and I hope all goes well.

Any more requests...? I get free delivery if I order over a miracle's worth :o)
Thanks Robi, my knee is a bit gyppy but for the moment I am good. If you are doing advanced ordering, you might put in one for me for sunday week when my Fil (step Fil) visits with my step sis in law and her husband for lunch. They are lovely people but FiL is frail and Sis and her husband are not used to dealing with boisterous idiot dogs and the potential for mayhem is enormous.

My Sis will be here, the plan is that she will hostess and I will focus on the dogs, we have planned it like a military campaign but still.......
Hail biddies the neti has returned, very cold and wet here today but I managed an hour of zumba, so the others who are all younger had to keep going or look wimpish! I love it, then had to bring car home and shower and change and rush off to meet my friend for coffee, she was sitting all forlorn outside the cafe, hija not working today, not enough customers. So wet here.
Oh woofy, nice to think the bike has brought happiness to someone else, I remember those racing saddles on motorbikes, ouch! and having to lean right over the driver cos he had dropped handlebars, bottom was higher than rest of me!

Absolutely freezing here!
Hi all
You don't need an ice pick for the bird bath Robinia .Apparently Thomas Edisons wife Mina had a heated birdbath. In the winter she flipped a switch in her bedroom that would turn on the birdbath in the yard below her window and it would melt the ice. You'll have to rig one up .
That was todays bit of useless info .

If you're doing cosmic ordering I'll have two weeks somewhere hot please .
Hope you are all okey dokey otherwise . Nothing doing here ...it's too cold !
I might Zumba round the kitchen while waiting for the kettle to boil ,that'll warm me up :)
We are having another patio men day...went upstairs to put clean clothes away and dogs laid in the bed in the sunshine. It looked so nice that I laid down with them and we all fell asleep in the sun.
I've got a a little heater that will melt a hole in the fish pond ice if its needed but its tube shaped and floats vertically so you'd need a really deep birdbath.

but there is this

oh booger, that's where I went wrong shaney, I should have married an inventor :o)...
The things I do for the wildlife... I've just been on a trek (dressed like Nanook of the North as my mum used to say) to find some bird suet, I was down to the last serving and they do love it. The sparras round here look like dumplings with feathers. Snowed a few flakes while I was out but it's sunny now....oh, btw, I pulled, haha... A lovely old guy stopped in his car to ask me where b&q was. I waved him in the... errr... general direction, and he blew me a kiss as he drove away. It's probably good thing they're open 'til 8, haha.

I'd like a pond now I don't have to worry about Charlie blundering through it woofy...the one I cobbled together only came up to his ankles.

Right, so that's..
A jolly holiday for shaney
A peaceful lunch for woofy & family
Controllable bazooms for neti
and a luxury bathroom for Jude...better make sure I stress 'indoor'

:o)
No Robi, do not attempt to electrify your bird bath

Hi All. Just had message from Lottie. Sends her love to all of her Biddyfriends. She hasn't opened her computer again yet.
I'm still trying to fathom this phone. BUT I WILL DO IT eventually!! :o)
I forgot to say Neti I'm very pleased for your nephew.
I wish it was that easy to get a new Bathroom Robi. Thanks all the same for the cosmic wish.
I bet your snooze in the sun with you pets was lovely Woofy.

Tut, some people are so hard to please...here neti, this is all that's left in the cosmic home improvements dept 'til next month....
http://www.shepherdmi...loo_roll_izal_old.jpg
oh dear, will these do till the builder provides something better, neti?

A heated birdbath, is that like boil-in-the-bag? The only trouble would be making sure it's chickens that get in the birdbath rather than vultures. We've just acquired some anti-squirrel birdfeed (it has curry powder in it), so that should help.
A bog roll, ta mucho!!

Snowing in most of Espana, us tomorrow!!!
