The guy outside was attacked by the girls from "Rough Sects" for posting over the bills. Their manager poured glue over his face and the bullet came from one of the band members guitar strap when she attacked him.

The guy on the roof with the arrow was shot at from behind by the artist who made the mosaic prints for the playboy type bloke he nicked the bow from his apartment.

There were more red herrings than a red herring convention.
