(continued)
A few years ago I was writing nursery rhymes in English and one of them was about Tycho Brahe, the sixteenth century Danish astronomer who lost a piece of his nose in a duel and had it replaced with a silver plate. The King of Denmark gifted Brahe with an island in the straits between Denmark and Sweden and on that island Brahe built an observatory that he named
Stjerneborg - The Castle of the Stars. (I've been there, it's a pretty island.) My "British" nursery rhymes have never been published but here is the Tycho one, it's yours now
Vinny. One of my own favourites in all its navism.
