OK I optimistically ticked the box which said I'd like to be considered for a FP but I think I'd be very lucky to get away with that. OK I'm prepared for the brick bats from the motoring evangelist wing!
,The least you can expect is £60 and 3 points. possibly with the option of a speed awareness course, £90 and no points, whuch is what I've just been offered but then again I was only doing 37 in a 30 zone you're way over the top.
I thought that more than 30mph over the speed limit resulted in a ban. According to jack's link that is not quite always true, but it seems likely - along with 6+ points and a hefty fine.
Your real long-term penalty will be a huge hike in your insurance costs ...
I got £60 plus 3 points for doing 36 in a 30. I should think with you going faster than you would on a motorway means you can expect a hefty fine and I should think 6 points. Were you caught by a camera or the police?
