Alternatively (assuming that it's the original radio) any Renault dealer can get it for you from the car's VIN (so that you won't need to remove the radio). It will probably cost you around £15.
The Answerbank has a policy of not allowing radio codes to be given out here (even if anyone actually has access to them, which I doubt anyway), so you're going to have to pay someone to get it for you.
However, if it's a 2nd hand car, take a look at the radio's manual (or the one for the car). You might find that a previous owner has written it down there.
