When Did I Pass My Driving Test

its deff NOT on the back of my new pink card, it was in 1963 sometime .the insurance needs to know, and being insurance i need to get everything spot on.

I was asked same question yesterday when I made a tentative enquiry for a quote on line.A ridiculous question.I passed my test shortly after my 17th birthday in1967.I just gave a guess date.I don't think it would affect your insurance if you gave a guesstimate on that date

insurance aren't really going to care if it was June or July. It hardly amounts to withholding material facts.

ivor, when they sent you card licence there are two parts to it, the card it self and a paper part to it.

The 'Valid from' date on my Photocard is more than 4 years after I passed my Test.

The back of my photocard lists all categories that I can drive and beside most of them is the exact date I passed my test.

Having said that, agree with above, just pick any old month.

actual dates are required so they can assess kids' roadworthiness. For those driving for 50 years it's not a problem... though of course you might want to underestimate it.

Just checked my pink card, and the valid from date is correct.

on my pink card baldric numbers go up to 9 the vaild from / to is number 10/11 not shown on mine

That's fine for you youngsters, Tonyav, but for us old fogies the driving world apparently began on 11th Feb 1975 - most of my "valid from" dates are "

Dates on mine, same as BHG ('75), I passed in 1971
