If my tank is half full with normal petrol can I fill it up with the new E10 and mix them??

Yes (assuming your car is OK with E10).

yes, they can mix, you'll have E7.5! which is better than E10!

Not good for 2 stroke engines apparently.

ref the lawnmower, yes use the premium unleaded. I use that in everything anyway, it works out cheaper and the engine runs better. I get a lot more MPG out of the good stuff in both car and bike.
