I Wonder Why This Number Is Rising So...

Hi again!
i have noticed that fiddling with the choke and the little valve underneath the choke can affect how it starts up and whether it does or not.
I have a feeling that if I leave the choke open there will be too much petrol in the engine and it will impeed start-up. Could anyone give me some concrete info on this.
Also, the valve underneath, I think this is an air valve but not sure. Can anyone help?
Also lastly, how should i be usingthe two together when starting up... choke at first and the close it????
cheers

As for use of the choke it is really trial and error. On my P125X I have to have the choke out for initial start up and push it in once started. This depends on the weather thopugh, if its cold I need to leave iot out longer.
If you have time start the scooter with the choke out and stand by it reving it just enough to keep going. You will be able to hear when to push the choke in.
Good luck!
