MOT due tomorrow

Hi, Ive just realised my MOT runs out tomorrow and I doubt I will be able to get my car into a garage even though I will certainly be trying my hardest! Is there a penalty charge for an MOT being late or anything like that? Many thanks.

There's no penalty for a late MOT just if you are caught driving without one. Don't use your car before getting it tested, unless you're feeling lucky. If you book your car in at a MOT test staion the law allows you to drive it there and back on the day of the test.
