although Chas is correct, changing the profile of the tyres does also change the rolling circumference of the wheel in this instance, because the profile is expressed as a percentage of the tyre width the decrease in profile is pretty much canceled out by the increase in width and your overall rolling circumference will only be 0.08% smaller.
this will effect your speedo very slightly, a previous reading of 70MPH would now read 69.94MPH so not really a big enough difference to worry about.
