help need a radio code

hi i have just replaced my battery in my megane this caused the radio to require the code which i have lost can anyone help the serial number is rn259fx0008263

hi, there should be a card in your user manual that came with the car somewhere with it on. failing that its contact your local dealer time i`m afraid. i went through the same thing with a peugeot i had, cost me around a tenner to get the code but it depends on the dealer. hope this helps

I switched radios in a car recently and no code was required. I have also changed the battery with out a code needed. In what circumstances do you need to re-input the code?

sorry the card has the wrong code so the radio must have been swapped.... so i think i need someone to get a code for the serial number

I needed the code when I changed my battery and couldn't find it anywhere in the paperwork. After paying �30.00 for it to be done I found the code taped inside the glove compartment!!
