Trouble starting Vauxhall Corsa deisel

When I start my car (1997 Vauxhall Corsa Deisel) for the first time each day it really struggles & I have to rev it to get it going. When I start it 8 hours later it's fine, so it's just when it's been out overnight.


It's had a new battery so it's not that!


Any ideas??

We had a similar problem with our Vauxhall Astra Diesel. Apparently what was needed was a larger battery; the one it had in when we bought it was heavy duty but we had to get one with an extra cell.  You could also try new heater plugs.
