Left-click on the first result at the top of the list

Don't worry if this is all new to you. Discovery is half the fun. There's a good section on here called "Technology". Under that you'll find "Computers" and "Internet". Put any of your computer related queries in any of those. There are more techies and friendly geeks on here than you can shake a mouse at. Plenty of people to help you out.
