Original for the 80's / early 90's with really catching high energy songs 'You could be mine' as in T2 movie was cool,,  Theres a hell of a lot of competition around today though with new ideas which takes the shine away from them in modern day music, they will remain legends of their era though....  And we are yet to see a metal band perform on stage like those fellas did even today,,,

The first metal band I ever really heard and possibly my favourite band of all time.  I have a tattoo of their logo on my arm.  Axl has clearly gone off the rails but when I saw them live (2003) they were still amazing and his ability to perform hasn't diminished.  Who knows whether anything else will be released under the GNR name...I think people get too hung up on that though.  Their legacy will stay the same whatever and Appetite still sounds great even now!
