Song About Blue Eyes

I heard a song on the radio the other day that I liked very much. I think it’s a fairly new song - at least I've not heard it before - but I can’t remember the title or the singer. The lyrics are something about ‘blue eyes’. Any ideas?

Chipchopper, I didn't think it was him but I suppose it could be. I don't know who sings it.

Spath, it was a slowish song.... easy to listen to .... but one thing that did strike me was the frequently occurring changes of key.

Definitely not the Elton John one - I know that very well - not the Gilbert O'Sullivan one. I'm pretty sure it's fairly new.

I don't know if 'blue eyes' is part of the title so that could be a bit of a wild goose chase. Certainly a repeated part of the lyrics though.
