I know perhaps I shouldn't promote on here. But really want to hear what people think. The song is called "A Tale Of Tragic Love In London" and is a romantic tragedy song about grief and loss. I'm a song writer currently aiming to put a band together in London.

2 days after the Queen has died. Really?
Question Author
how do you mean? are you saying we should all sit inside our rooms and do nothing because the queen has died? sorry i'm not sure I see where you are coming from.
I think it might take more than 2 days to compose, write lyrics and book a recording studio, but I am no expert. Life goes on for all of us.

river, I am old and have partial hearing so found it rather difficult to get all the lyrics which came over to me as a bit echoey. The overall effect was quite pleasant, sorry I cannot be more positive than that.
Good luck :)

Couldn’t understand/hear the words, and I’m not deaf.
Very good, the vocals could be a bit clearer, but that could be me.
Keep at it and good luck
Does the second line mention a, "nuclear door"?
Perhaps if you rigged the recording equipment up properly so the voice was prominent, not the strings, I could judge it - but that version is a badly-recorded mess, sorry.
All a bit busker-esque

You're no songwriter.
I have to agree with Roy, I'm afraid.
Question Author
Hi Roy... How do you mean busker esque? Interersting as I admit the recording cld be poor here and my vox are perhaps not incredible. But actually the one thing I have been complimented the most on is my songwriting so I find this an interesting criticism. But thanks :) Would love to hear how you mean by busker esque tho?
For Funks Sake, busker esque must surely mean you are the kind of musician found in the street playing for loose change! Unless I'm mistaken.
If you form a band I hope you do it for the enjoyment it will give you, because you will never make any decent money from it.

Nonetheless all the best.
What about my question regarding "nuclear door"?
Nuclear dawn, I think.
Question Author
How do you mean roy? as in on my vocals??

But I mean if you're merely judging based on the simply the recording quality or the fact that I'm one person with a guitar then all it demonstrates is that you are not an artist and have absolutely no idea on how art/music operates :)
You're right.

You're probably ready to form the new Beatles and conquer the world...crack on lad, no time to waste.
Oh yeah

:o)
Which reminds me that I was sat in the company of Pete Best last week (lovely bloke) and didn't appear to old any grudges to his old bandmates.
JIM, it sounds like, "I see you standing by the nuclear door" to me.
