No problem Juggle! I love veggie lasagne too, so I'll have to try and make that next! I guess the secret is to not cook the veggies too much so they're still a bit crunchy? Yum!!!
Saut� a whole raft of veggies... cook a shedful of wholewheat lasagne... make up a brilliant bechamel sauce and add a humungous amount of gorgeous cheeses (mature cheddar, applewood, white stilton and some mozzarella)..... Don't forge the spinach and pak choi greens with garlic, lemongrass and chillies.... hehe.. do I really need to continue here ?
