11.20 Must be very Paignfull news for you.Paigntonian.
The Tories were stupid to ditch Boris. He won in 2019 and apart from the media hysteria was doing a good job. But it is early days Liz may yet be a success.
What!
No dead cat bounce?
William. Don't worry too much about Boris Lord Bamford is looking after him at the moment.
Gull: Not at all. A week's a long time in politics and the election is some way off. As you may be aware the Tory Party has won far more elections than Labour and has a unique ability to re-invent itself. To even conduct a poll in current circumstances is daft anyway. People's minds are hardly on political matters. No-one can possibly know what will happen between now and a general election and, with the Tories on an 80-seat majority, Labour will need a very large swing. We shall see.
Oh no! That sort of talk summons arithmetic genius and repeatster Tora3.
Blimmin marvellous, Gulliver. You might be right one of these days - but on the other hand, you might not. ;o)
Gully so you'll take the bet then, The Tories provide the PM after the next general election. £20 to chiridee. You in?
Paigntonian
The Conservative majority is currently 71.

How odd! Never heard lying and covering up for a predatory sex-pest referred to as ‘media hysteria’ before?
I need a new OED, obviously.

Who’s the other poster who likes to repeat that ad infinitum? It’s almost as if…….oh, never mind. Lol.

Ah, so you can be accurate and pedantic when it suits you then Gromit.

Even at 71 it would take a miracle for Labour to win outright.
I mean, who else posts guff like this….?

It’s also remarkably similar to another who posts exactly the same diatribe and lives in the same locale.

They don’t like it up ‘em.

So still not backing your own opinion then Gully, right oh!

It must be very upsetting for the dyed in the wool Tories on A/B, to see how their party has disintegrated after they voted Boris into power, and to see the damage he has now left behind him. It all started with the Covid Contracts for his chums, with Boris giving them millions of pounds of tax payers money then the Owen Paterson sleaze scandal, continued with numerous lies and lockdown breaking parties. Leading up to the grand finale the Chris Pincher scandal. It seems that he was running his own Crony Party. I bet the Tory voters are glad he has gone and regret being conned into voting for him.
...but you still don't have the guts to back your beloved Labour against the "disintegrated" Tories! PMSL!
