The Queen can not retire as a normal worker would. So she is handing some of her duties over to younger members of the family.
She is 90! She is obviously scaling down the work she does. So far the charities that have been named have not featured the Yorks as picking up the patronages.
well she is 90. Some of the organisations may not get another Royal Patron, or at least not immediately. Not all of the Queen Mother’s charities got a Royal replacement when she was no longer able to be involved and I don’t think that all of Prince Phillip’s did either. He also resigned from some of his charitable roles when he reached 90.

Why younger members of that particular family .
Well perhaps you should volunteer?! I am guessing a junior member of the house of Windsor would be preferable (and I am not trying to start a republican debate) to Son/Daughter of Weecalf.

Please do let us know how you get on with your applications..........

As someone who spent a long time working in senior positions in charities, I know how much a royal patronage is valued.
any nominees from AB to take over.....?

tilly for the Battersea Dog's home, supported by Balders?

Your nominations?

Sherrard for Save the Children?

Gness for Needlework?
I'm sure the Charities would welcome your patronage and the crowds you'd pull in at events.

Give it a go.
