I'm cooking a pork joint, i just wondered what tips you have for extra crispy crackling .?

I find that to get the crackling perfect the joint will be over cooked. So, once the joint is cook take the cracking off and pop back in the oven while the meat is resting.

That is pretty much how i usually do it Pixi (must just be me why i cant get it as crispy as i like lol)
You say when you used to eat pork have you gone off it then?.
