Tense activity in the courtroom now
I have just learned that Miss Knox"s mobile phone was turned off,as was
her boyfriends mobile,for 10 hours around the time of the murder.
Apparently this was unprecedented during her stay in Italy.
Did she at least know something was about to happen to Meredith Kercher
Not Guilty then!!!

The Italian authorities have left it too late.
Sadly, the original case was handled by Gulio Mignini who, instead of conducting a logical investigation, dreamed up some hair brained story about a satanic sex ritual ...
... for which there was no forensic evidence, no witness evidence, no statement evidence ... no evidence of any sort at all. It was all a figment of his imagination.
And now ... it's all too late.
Curiously, on his previous assignment (the one for which he was convicted of fabricating false evidence), Mignini had wrongly prosecuted 40 (!) innocent people, claiming that they had been involved in ... yes, you guessed it ...
... a "satanic sex ritual."

SW - Think you ought to really read this thread and JJ's other thread on this topic before you let your opinions forth - haven't you heard of court rhetoric?? Are the prosecution going to sit there and meekly take their faults on the chin? I do not think so. JJ offers a well-reasoned case on the lack of evidence and the stitch up by a prosecutor who is under the microscope or a similar type of stitch-up - sounds like a nice man to have in any court system.....
