/// One thing it WILL do, is ensure that boys will avoid the pink-based pieces. Lego at the moment is unisex. Not any more. ///

Good point sp.
Please play nicely........
2SP your probably right but most Lego builders are of an age where they make their own decisions. Having 2 daughters I wish scalextric came in pink :-(

AOG Reported gentleman my A£$e

I don't think I have seen so much utter rubbish printed for a long time. The truth is Lego is Lego whether it be bloody crimson or striped, kids ( & grown ups like me ) will build with it whatever its colour. So there ( rant over), & as for the childish behaviour of AOG towards JTH words actually fail me.Grow up.

yowser, thats below the belt.

reported.
2SP I would love to but they are grown now, however I now have a Grandson, and am saving. :-)

Report me if you must.

I was merely stating a fact, that I am a 'gentleman to ladies'.

Nothing untoward about that.
You could apologise to JTH for what is a snide remark, AOG.
A gentleman would do that..........
When in a hole......it is wise to stop digging.

I haven't reported you. I thought a more fitting that your churlish retorts stay here to embarrass you.

However, if you persist in your sulky comments, I may be forced to report you myself!

Before you tell me to grow up, you should first question your cell mate JTH childish behavior.

It was her who first chose to spoil a perfectly legitimate thread in the first place.

<splutter!>

Not news!.......not......news!!!?!

AOG posted this.........AND in the News section........of course it's News!

As I have pointed out on numerous occasions, it is the likes of JTH and her co-followers who with their totally unnecessary snide remarks spoil each and everyone of my threads, and on occasions have been known to frighten others from joining in on the debates on AnswerBank.

I am made of stronger stuff, and although many would like to see me gone, I will not be bullied off a site on which I get many hours of enjoyment, that is joining in with the many more mature ABers.
Yellow-card, AOG.

Please stop this now.
On behalf of the gentlemen around here, I apologise to JTH (and Ron) for AOG's crass remarks.....it is not representative of the term, "Gentleman."
Cannot understand why Ankou reported it after JTH made her tongue in cheek comment, I think it is six of one and half a dozen of the other, as the saying goes if you cannot stand the heat of the kitchen get out. p.s. There are a few abers on here I would not consider as ladies or gentlemen.

Thank you Brenden for putting a little perspective to this argument.

I was merely stating to JTH that I was a gentleman to ladies.

If she construed anything more from my statement, then it is her problem and not one of mine.

Incidentally if she chooses not to be confused with a male by new members of AB, perhaps she should consider changing her username from jackthehat to jillthehat.
It insinuated that Jack wasn't a lady. That's how it came across and I do believe that's how you meant it to come across.
No, lego comes in all colours, at least mine did.
