Dave, child abuse is not always about a sexual thrill. Many sexual offences are about power and domination. Castration wouldn't make a jot of difference to some.

dave, no it doesn't. perhaps chemical type castration, but some seem to get a vicarious thrill from viewing as much as abuse.

Cannot understand why so many of you say no. Surely this would be a deterant. If you abuse one child then you should lose the right to have another.

No as others have said, also an 18 year old and a 15 year old the 18 year old is technicaly guilty, so would you?

Also the teacher last year, stupid and wrong, he went to prison, but he wasn't a danger to children just stupid and wrong, he had to be punished beyond doubt but such extremis?
