\\\\\ A white comedian runs the risk of being offensive in using it, but it is possible that he could use it without being offensive at all, and not give offence.\\
Yes! yes! I understand that.....but a black comic DID cause offense and i am wondering, as my posts have implied, whether the outcome of a white comedian to a black audience would have the same outcome (although we do not know the outcome of this episode, but i bet a bottom dollar that there will be no repercussions) as the outcome of our white comedian's use of the term.
What say you?

But did you see my earlier post about the wheelchair-bound kid on telly the other night?
He was very funny, but if you took his act and gave it to an able-bodied comedian, it would not come over as funny at all. It would come over as snide and bullying.
You could do the same with Sarah Millican. She can take the mickey out of single overweight girls, but if you gave the same routine to a male comic, it would suddenly sound...wrong.

And sp, anyone from the goyim who has seen Jackie Mason live will immediately wonder two things 1)How can he be so anti-semitic and get away with it? 2) Why is an audience made up almost entirely of Jews laughing so much?
The answer is that the former rabbi knows his audience, knows how to have them laugh at themselves (or other Jews; they might not recognise themselves but have a mother, father, other relative or friend who is "just like that") and he is not being anti-semitic. He is being affectionate.
What was the lie in the Daily Mail ? Sometimes it's like The Unbelievable Truth quiz on Radio 4, but in reverse. The aim in that programme is to discover the one true statement cunningly concealed in all the lies in the text which is read.

I think I will now class the word 'BRIT' offensive to me as an Englishman, seeing that it has historical connections with 'Ancient Brits', wild uncivilised natives.
But I will still be able to use it myself, but will be offended if any other races uses it to describe us.
I wonder if that would ever become un-PC if spoken or wrote?
