I was going to but it wants me to delete some apps to make room for it so I am in two minds. Also, I saw somewhere that it's completely different and I like my ipad the way it is.
I've just finished doing it, not sure if I like it or not though. One good thing is that all my photos now have the date when I uploaded / took them, no more guessing.
I have to say, I installed on my iPad mini and iPhone last night, and they both seem to be behaving well today. Also, this release went through (I think) six or seven beta releases before it was released to the general public.
However...I does feel very...odd.
It's like driving down a familiar road in a familiar town...in a car you've never driven before.
I have just had my iPad just over a week and just got used to it now they have changed a few things.only thing I can't find now is how to delete previous searches. Any help please.
Once the install is complete IOS6 should automatically be deleted, so used space should return to normal, allowing you to re-download your deleted apps from iCloud!
I've done it on my phone and iPad and I love it. Think it looks great at the few things that I found changed so far could be understood by a quick google search.
I think most people just don't want to like it. It's the whole change thing. After I'd updated my phone yesterday I told a guy at work I loved it. He'd been reading on twitter how crap people were saying it was so when he installed it within a minute he decided he hated it. I asked him why and he couldn't actually give me a reason. Once I told him the new way to kill his apps after 20 minutes he admitted he actually did like it after all. I've forgotten what the old one was like already.
