Ludicrous suggestion from this ghastly airline. What next ...hanging straps like Tube trains instead of seats ?

Something was suggested a few years back that they were going to charge to use the toilet.

It's all a gimmick to keep them in the news...

Business men would feel very let down by their employers if they were to travel Ryanair. It says 20% at the moment and that's probably because they don't have a choice.

I have never had a problem flying with Ryanair...in fact quite the opposite.... but I do still have a fairly strong bladder.....x

I have never had to fly RyanAir thanks goodness, but that dreadful O'Leary man is so rude and caustic every time he appears in the media. I would hate to give him any of my money unless I had no choice.

I like him, Mikey....great sense of humour....and easy to deal with if you do it well.... and he's there to make a profit for Ryanair....so it's take it or leave it......our choice....:-)

Mikey...I can only judge on my experience of both flying with them and their response when I requested a refund to which I wasn't entitled....they were kindness itself...
I do wonder how many pilots really take off in a plane with a dangerously low level of fuel? Not many I would think. But it makes a good story. x

If you dont like it dont use it.

Whether you like it or not he provides a service to many people who may not be able to afford to travel otherwise.

He (and the other budget lines) also keep the likes of BA in check on prices.

And on that BA are by far the worst business travel line I have ever encountered, not sure I would want to go Ryan air for business though.

Ryanair would charge for oxygen masks if they are ever deployed. They'd also charge for the escape chutes if an emergency occured. Never fly Ryanair. Vile outfit.

Ryanair profits were down 20% in the first quarter. Having fewer loos is the obvious answer.

This is how they get free advertising. Leak a rediculous story and wallop, they're in the news, no such thing as bad publicity. The people that hate Ryan are are generally those too stupid to avoid the charges, pretty well all of which are avoidable. I like ryan air, if you do it right it works well, if you want to fly with a cwt of luggage then it's going to cost, if you cannot use a computer, it's going to cost, if you don't have the Ryan air spec payment card, yep, it's going to cost! I've flown for 1p + taxes several times before, easy if you know the tricks.
