No question of him thinking intruders in the bathroom.......what were they after.....maybe toothpaste....his story doesnt wash......time will tell
Ron, I quite like some jelly blobs, they don't need to wait for gravatar to load :-D
Anyhoo, I think he is guilty of murder.
He woke up, startled by a sound, his bed did not contain his g/f and instead of calling out, or trying by other means, to find out if she was safe, he shot through a bathroom door.
The man is really strange.

he has not been found guilty, this is the trial now. He's admitted shooting her so the trial is about whether or not the whole burglar in the kazi routine cuts it. Personally I think it's a load of implausible BS, they had a row, she hid in the kazi he shot her through the door, no question. He has a load of form with gun crime, getting angry and going off the deep end. his latest dodge is to get himself sectioned so he can go to a comfy loony bin instead of prison.
I'm still sure I heard/read it somewhere, but I'm quite happy to be wrong.
(Usually am wrong anyway!)
I agree TTT, that his defence team are doing their best/worst to prove he is mentally challenged (I'm in News, this is a scary area for me)
However, I have another question, if he has a history of going off on one, he should have been sectioned before now and a life may have been saved?
