He likes spending time rolling in cow muck, whilst maturbating, and he's not mad ?....................I think they need to get another psychiatrist and a second opinion !
I seem to remember that this case has appeared on a regular basis in the Cornish newspapers for a couple of years now. As you say, poor man. I hope he gets the treatment that he so obviously needs. I am just surprised that he hasn't picked up some ghastly infection before now.
He has already been jailed three times for similar offences, and the arson details sound pretty dangerous to me as well. But I am not sure if prison is the answer, even if he does spend the first 5 years having psychiatric treatment. But I expect the owners of the farm are pleased he is locked away somewhere secure.
It seems a generally odd sentence to me. I mean what use is 5 years of psychiatric help- does the judge know it will take 5 years to help him, or maybe it'll take longer, but halfway through a successful treatment will be then carted off to prison? It just seems an ill thought out sentence, but he certainly does need to be taken off the streets so to speak.
This guy desperately needs help, with the correct help I think he wouldn't be a danger to anybody, I think prison will just exacerbate the problem.
"Autism Spectrum Disorder" I also sit right on the edge of the spectrum, it isn't uncommon. I bet a few of you guys out there would be very surprised if you were tested for it as well :-)
The difficulty with Autism Spectrum Disorder is that it is so wide and varied, it really doesn't mean anything in particular. But I agree with you ratter...perhaps all us chaps should have a test !
But why are boys and men so much more affected than girls and women ?
To be honest, whilst rolling in cow muck is high on most list of wierd sexual behaviours, it is just another sexual behaviour that is under taken in private, or at least that is what he aims at, I think. He used to collect it and take it home to do it.
well done Canary -
rather obviously paranoid schizophrenic
condition worsens whilst untreated and others become obsessed by the slurry side of the story - I hope he gets the tmt he needs in prison ( some hope but then he didnt get any in the community )
