sp, I can't speak for AOG, but I'd guess the issue here is one of the identity of wrongdoers being withheld because identifying them might cause distress.

should Ian Watkins' name and misdemeanours have been withheld because disclosure was bound to wreck his human right to a lucrative career?

Just simply asking a reasonable question, are we not allowed to do that, or is it just me, because some seem to carry a certain chip on their shoulders for some reason or other.

You along with others just seem to read something into things that are not there, where does it mention ethnics? but it does mention both Labour and Conservative councillors so there is no one sidedness there.

And it does mention Bolton, but as Gromit pointed out this Council Tax avoidance is also prevalent among some councillors in Bradford.
