it sends shivers down my spine. I don't think i would ever be a have a go hero, but i wonder if the outcome of the inquest will mean anyone is arrested or charged?

It may be jim, but it's his own initial, unlawful actions that set off a chain of events that led to his untimely death.
He alone is culpable.
