Returning Jihadist Fighters
Just seen on the news about these guys.
If they don't admit they were fighting and there isn't any footage of their faces then how can they be arrested and tried for this and also which crimes would they face for fighting in a foreign land?
Do we have any legal jurisdiction in other lands regarding brits fighting there? Which laws are they breaking if they haven't fought british troops and have only fought foreign troops?
