Just seen on the news about these guys.

If they don't admit they were fighting and there isn't any footage of their faces then how can they be arrested and tried for this and also which crimes would they face for fighting in a foreign land?

Do we have any legal jurisdiction in other lands regarding brits fighting there? Which laws are they breaking if they haven't fought british troops and have only fought foreign troops?

Don't let them back in.

On the news it said that many would be back already so some might say have already gone unnoticed by the security services or my guess is that they're being monitored until they incriminate themselves/go on to commit acts of terrorism here/watched and monitored so that they can ensnare those higher in command/understand their infrastructure
They are not in an Army, not in the Country's where they have come form's Army / Forces, they could be held on Suspicion I would think!
Not sure of the amount of free money a Jihadist fighter receives in the UK but I think they should restrict them to £20k per annum. If they did that I am sure some would be reluctant to join the fighting in the middle east.

Annoyed sarcasm.
I agree with theland, don't let them back in, or the 300 + british born jews that have gone to fight in the Israeli army, keep those out too
Why? Unlike returning Jihadists, returning Jews pose no threat to the security of country or to the safety of its people.
If you feel so strongly that you want to fight for another country ,and your allegiance lies there....then you should live there !! I agree ..don't let them back...they've pinned their colours and we can't afford to take any risks in security that could impact on our lives in the UK
So, it's not what they've done while abroad but what they might do when they return?
Both Sandy...if they can commit such atrocities there with impunity then they could very well have similar intentions here...
