I can see your point, but some people may be new to the AB, or indeed new to this thread, so my incilnation is to follow the general format, which is that threads die a natural death when everyone has finished saying what they want, and then it all stops.

I suspect that won't be long - but the subject has been vigorously debated across three threads, so it shows how important the debate has been.

As regular AB'ers will know, like anyone else, i can get a bit carried away sometimes, and my typing can get ahead of my thoughts, but I am always willing and happy to apologise if i believe I have upset someone unwittingly.

But I don't do 'bowing down' or 'capitulation', which again, regulars will understand, so if, as you suggest, anyone is waiting for either of those options - then they are seriously out of luck - you will be pleased to hear!
