Possible, but in my opinion ..unlikely.

My point is, that this JF thread has been untouched, because of certain ABers being cut some slack......something not afforded to the majority of ABers.

Fair enough sqad - as i said i have not read all the contributions , so was not aware that there were personal attacks going on .

There certainly was ( i.e. personal attacks against me ) in my thread that was widthdrawn some days ago - i assume that's the reason why it was widthdrawn

it would appear that you have completely missed my point......."holding their own" was not disputed.........it was the way that the language was offered that hitherto had been discouraged by Ed et Al but in this case allowed to continue.

I can't comment on double standards -but what I find tedious is opening a thread and then having to keep checking the OP to see what the topic matter is supposed to be about.

I know threads wander off topic but sometimes it becomes laughable.

I think it was a very emotional subject and people were going to get a bit heated. I would prefer it to be removed. It all upset me a lot- as well as a few other people. But I don't think anyone was bullied- it was fairly equal. Imo.

Well from sqad "Bazile.......i was referring to the Judy Finnigan thread, but it could have been any of the JF threads....."Judy Finnigan" "In support of Judy Finnigan" "Son of JF...."JF rides again" "Return of JF"....you name it. " made me laugh like a drain. I've completely lost the plot on the JF threads - and I believe some have forgotten the first of the week before she even made the rape remarks when her picture was in the Mail and I and others commented on how rough she looked and then of course there were the those who grabbed the opportunity to tell us that we were the ugly ones etc etc.
Bizarre how one person, meaning Judy, can dominate the site and bring out such a gamut of emotions. I wonder what it will be next week?
