I can understand banks introducing a rule to state that anyone entering their premises must be identifiable, but I am not convinced that this case proves that an outright public ban on the burkha is a valid response.

A. interrogate them about their dress.
B. accost them.
C. use any threatening behaviour.

they just happened to be in very close proximity to where I was standing looking at Jewelleryfor the wife. They too were looking at Jewellery. I no longer have great eyesight and could not make out the price on an item that took my interest.
So as these two women were the nearest people to me I asked a question.

"Excuse me, can you tell me the price on this item please"

They immediately turned round and walked away.
