Yes, and who is responsible for this selfish population explosion, and should be the one providing the wealth ? How can anyone really think that the rest of society owes the feckless a living ?

Society should be offering him a free sterilisation, arguably a compulsory one, not that I'd support that, and leaving him to house his family and pay for their needs. There is a point where someone is just taking the *** and ought to be guilty of a crime against society. If the brood is to be taken into care he should be also in care where he can't find an opportunity to lose control of his reproductive system.
